US Port Schedule on President’s day February 16th

Due to Presidents’ Day holiday, many USA ports will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2015. Please see below the detailed schedule for the main US ports.

Port of Virginia

The following terminals owned and/or operated by The Port of Virginia – Norfolk International Terminals (NIT)**, Port of Richmond (POR), Portsmouth Marine Terminal (PMT), Virginia International Gateway (VIG) and Virginia Inland Port (VIP) – will be OPEN (standard operating hours) on Monday, February 16.

Newport News Marine Terminal (NNMT) will be CLOSED on Monday, February 16; reopening on Tuesday, February 17.

At NIT, breakbulk/CFS/Out-of-Gauge operations will be CLOSED on February 16, but truck gates and container operations will observe standard hours.

South Carolina Ports

Truck gates at Charleston’s container terminals will be OPEN on Monday, February 16th, 2015 from 07:00- 18:00.
Dual Missions (Empties, Dry Loads, and Chassis) must be Interchanged in by 17:00. Single Missions (Empties, Dry Loads, and Chassis) must be Interchanged by 17:30. If the Ocean Carriers are providing Reefer Service, the Reefers must be Interchanged in by 16:00.
Holiday Work Day: OPEN 7:00AM- 6:00PM

CHARLESTON BREAKBULK I RO-RO: Gates at Charleston’s Columbus Street, Union Pier and Veterans Terminals will be CLOSED February 16, 2015.
Breakbulk operations at the Wando Welch Terminal Warehouse will also be closed February 16.

GREER SOUTH CAROLINA INLAND PORT: Truck gates will be OPEN and all inbound and outbound Norfolk Southern trains will be running as usual February 16, 2015.

Port of NY/NJ

all terminals are CLOSED

Port of Jacksonville

Gate Open  from 0800-1700,
NO yard transfers, NO warehouse transfers, NO auto receiving/delivery
Port of Seattle
Terminal 18- OPEN for participating carries.
Terminal 30- CLOSED
Terminal 46 -OPEN
Port of Houston
Georgia Port
Holiday Overtime

 Port of LA/Long Beach
